Job Description

Position: Quantity Surveyor

  * Reporting to: Commercial Manager (Head of Department)

  * Open to: Quantity Surveyors working for a residential developer – either national PLC or regional SME (current or previous)

  * Region: Western region covering Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset

  * Responsible for: 2 developments in Gloucestershire – both over 100 units in size

  * About us: 5* and leading Housing Association with an excellent pipeline of work across the Western region covering Gloucestershire

  * Salary: Competitive base salary and car allowance and excellent (and extensive) choice of company benefits - industry leading including 27 days holiday; flexible working (office 2-3 days a week); cycle to work scheme and other benefits; and employer contribution of up to 10%).

Quantity Surveyor – Job purpose:

To lead the commercial and surveying functions across multiple developments, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The Quantity Surveyor plays a pivotal role in cost management, procurement, and contract administration, driving financial performance and efficiency across all schemes.
