Are you a Junior to Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (PQS) with 2+ years of consultancy background, looking to broaden your project exposure? – If so, this is the perfect role for you.
Salary - £40,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Flexible working + Generous annual leave + Pension + More
A boutique and dynamic consultancy, specialising in delivering QS and PM services to one of the widest client portfolios I’ve seen, are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team of nineteen, in their London or Surrey offices.
The Quantity Surveying Opportunity:
You’ll join a growing team of 19 Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. The company fosters a supportive and flexible working culture, where you’ll be:
* Given full project responsibility from day one
* Client-facing and involved at every stage, from inception to completion
* Offered tailored APC support (if working towards chartership)
* Progressing along a clear path to senior roles, with no ceiling on development
Projects And Sectors:
This consultancy prides itself on a broad and exciting client base. You can expect to work across:
* Residential (private and affordable)
* Commercial
* Hospitality
* Sports & Leisure
* Mixed-use developments
* Community & Education
* and many other property types
What They’re Looking For:
* Degree educated in Quantity Surveying (BSc,MSc)
* 2+ years’ consultancy background in QS role
* Chartership (Not essential, but preferable)
* Strong communication and client facing ability
* Driven, with clear passion
