Review customer requirements and liaise with buyers to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare formal quotations using an MRP system.
Source competitive material and service pricing from suppliers.
Communicate with customers to gather feedback and track order progress.
Identify and follow up on potential new business opportunities.
Create basic process plans for production (training provided).
Estimate machining times and build detailed product costings, including materials, finishes, and hardware.What You'll Bring:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional manner.
Confidence building relationships with both customers and suppliers.
Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
Technical experience is highly advantageous.
