Reactive Maintenance Plumber – Romford (RM Postcodes)

Are you an experienced Reactive Maintenance Plumber looking for steady work and a company that truly values your craft? Our client is growing fast across Romford and the RM postcode areas, offering an exciting opportunity to join a respected name in domestic maintenance.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit team carrying out day-to-day plumbing repairs and small installations in occupied and void properties — keeping homes running smoothly and customers happy.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

  * Carry out reactive plumbing repairs – leaks, taps, toilets, and showers

  * Fit and maintain (but not limited to:) water cylinders, waste fittings, and pipework

  * Deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision

  * Ensure every job meets health & safety and customer satisfaction standards

✅ What You’ll Need:

  * NVQ Level 2 (6089/6189) or equivalent in Plumbing

  * Minimum 3 years’ domestic experience

  * Full, manual UK driving licence (max 6 points)

  * Great attitude, timekeeping, and reliability

  * Your own basic tools
    (Enhanced DBS, DVLA, and right-to-work checks required)

💷 What You’ll Get:

  * £40,000 – rising to £50,000+ with bonuses

  * Company van & fuel card provided

  * All expenses covered

  * Overtime & weekend rates available

  * Pension & long-term, stable employment

📅 Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Overtime paid at enhanced rates.
