Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Reception Teacher (M3-M6) to join a vibrant and supportive primary school community in Ilford. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to providing high quality early years teaching and helping every child achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive and positive classroom environment
• Use assessments effectively to support pupil progress and inform planning
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its values
We are looking for someone who:
• Is an experienced QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and is committed to early years education
• Has strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Communicates effectively and builds positive relationships
• Demonstrates excellent organisational and classroom management skills
• Is motivated to continually reflect and grow as a teacher
