Job Opportunity: Temporary Receptionist
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our busy automotive dealership in Patchway. This is a 12-week temporary contract, starting as soon as possible.
Location: Patchway
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Contract: 12 weeks, temporary
Pay: £12.26 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers into the dealership with a warm and professional approach
Offer refreshments (tea, coffee, water) and ensure visitors feel comfortable while waiting to meet sales or service advisors
Handle incoming calls to the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department (sales, service, parts, etc.)
Respond to customer enquiries and messages promptly and courteously
Liaise with the sales and service teams to keep the customer experience smooth and efficient
Maintain a professional, tidy, and welcoming reception and showroom environmentAbout You:
Strong communication and customer service skills with a polite, professional manner
Confident working in a busy dealership environment, juggling visitors, calls, and messages
Friendly, approachable, and well-presented at all times.
Comfortable using phones, email, and basic computer systems
Reliable, punctual, and organised with a proactive attitudeWhat We Offer:
