Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven ad experienced Recruitment Consultant with established knowledge of the Ad Hoc Bookings market to join our expanding team in Preston, Lancashire. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing and new clients and candidates, managing the recruitment cycle (excluding compliance), and contributing to the continued success of Belmont Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across Health and Social Care Settings
* Provide a solution focused approach to clients with a person centred approach
* Identify and attract suitable candidates through various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy briefing to candidate placement (Excluding Compliance, as we have a dedicated Internal Compliance Team)
* Provide bespoke service to both clients and candidates alike, to ensure safe placements on an Ad Hoc or Block Booking basis for continuity.
* Meet and exceed individual and team targets and KPIs.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in A Hoc Placements, successfully managing a cohort of experienced candidates
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both clients and candidates alike
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
* Familiarity with both Health and Social Care settings and terminology.
