Recruitment Consultant – Environmental Division (Warm Desk)
📍 Leeds City Centre
💼 £25,000–£30,000 + Uncapped Commission (DOE)
We’re seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 years’ experience in Trades & Labour recruitment to join our growing Leeds team. You’ll manage a warm desk with active clients in the blue-collar sector while helping to expand our Environmental Division.
What you’ll do:
  * Manage existing clients and job flow.
  * Source, interview, and place candidates in temporary roles.
  * Maintain the company’s strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
What we’re looking for:
  * 1+ year in Trades & Labour recruitment (blue-collar focus).
  * Driven, ambitious, and relationship focused.
  * Strong communication and organisational skills.
