Recruitment Consultant – Construction Division

Salary: £25,000 – £45,000 per annum (D.O.E)

+ uncapped commission (up to 30%)

Bridgeman Recruitment Services is a leading Construction Recruitment Agency, renowned for delivering bespoke labour and staffing solutions across the North West and nationwide, primarily within the Construction, Civils and M&E sectors.

We are looking for a Construction Trades & Labour Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Construction Division based in Stockport - your focus will be to manage a serviced account and develop new business of your own.

What We’re Looking For

  * 

    1+ years’ experience in recruitment (Construction preferred)

  * 

    Strong business development and sales skills – able to generate new business and expand existing accounts

  * 

    Experience managing the full 360 recruitment process

  * 

    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  * 

    A proactive, ambitious attitude with the drive to grow your desk and career
