Twoscore Recruitment is a specialist Health & Safety search firm operating across the UK and internationally. We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us in Thame as we continue to grow.
Role Overview
You’ll run a full recruitment desk, working with existing clients while developing your own network in a defined specialist market. The role is structured, focused, and built around consistent delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activity across client assignments

Build long-term relationships within specialist Health & Safety markets

Develop and maintain a steady, high-quality candidate pipeline

Provide clear hiring advice backed by market knowledge

Work to established processes, reporting standards, and agreed priorities

Contribute ideas that support the development of our wider service offering
