This role is ideal for those with a little bit of 360 experience or ready to move from delivery or resourcing into a sales‑focused 360 recruitment desk.
The Role – Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
Manage and develop a 360 recruitment desk
Build relationships with clients and candidates
Source, screen and interview candidates
Develop new business through sales activity and client meetings
Fill vacancies quickly in a fast‑paced environment
Work towards KPIs, targets and revenue goals
Collaborate with compliance and wider teams
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced during school holidays)
Who We’re Looking For
Resourcers, Delivery Consultants or Junior Recruitment Consultants
Some recruitment experience (any sector)
Motivated to step into a 360 recruitment role
Confident, proactive and target‑driven
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Must hold a driving licence
