Recruitment Manager – Commercial Office / Professional Services Division – NEW ROLE An established recruitment company in the East Midlands is seeking a Recruitment Manager to take on a brand-new leadership role in the Leicester office. The Recruitment Manager will lead a talented team of consultants, drive business growth, and oversee day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in developing strategy, coaching your team, and ensuring performance goals are met. Key Responsibilities for the Recruitment Manager /Branch Manager * Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment consultants * Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance targets * Identify and win new business opportunities across Leicester and the Midlands * Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships in the commercial office and professional services sector * Collaborate with marketing to increase brand visibility and attract top talent * Conduct one-to-one reviews and promote a high-performance culture Experience & Requirements * Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruitment Consultant ready for management * Ideally from a commercial office or professional services recruitment background * Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills * Commercially driven, with a record of exceeding revenue targets * Passionate about creating a positive, supportive, and high-achieving environment Why Join ?
