About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to take ownership of a thriving commercial office and professional services division. The Recruitment Manager will lead a talented team of consultants, drive business growth, and oversee day-to-day operations.
You’ll play a key role in developing strategy, coaching your team, and ensuring performance goals are met. This position offers excellent career development with direct support from senior leadership and access to professional training programs.
Key Responsibilities for the Recruitment Manager /Branch Manager
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment consultants
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance targets
* Identify and win new business opportunities across Leicester and the Midlands
* Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships in the commercial office and professional services sector
* Collaborate with marketing to increase brand visibility and attract top talent
* Conduct one-to-one reviews and promote a high-performance culture
Experience & Requirements
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruitment Consultant ready for management
* Ideally from a commercial office or professional services recruitment background
* Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills
* Commercially driven, with a record of exceeding revenue targets
* Passionate about creating a positive, supportive, and high-achieving environment
