Role & Responsibilities of the Recruitment and Onboarding Partner:
* Deliver the recruitment strategy and resourcing plan in partnership with the Head of HR and hiring managers.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, from attraction and sourcing to interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
* Develop direct sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networks, events and education partners.
* Maintain accurate ATS and recruitment data, using metrics to improve quality and reduce cost/time to hire.
* Support the definition, communication and embedding of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
* Design and coordinate a high-quality onboarding programme, ensuring a seamless experience for all new starters.
* Gather feedback and continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes to support retention.
* Keep up to date with trends, legislation and best practice in talent acquisition, compliance and onboarding.
About YOU as the Recruitment and Onboarding Partner:
* Experienced internal recruiter with strong direct sourcing capabilities and an understanding of talent pipelines.
* Talent Acquisition experience would be ideal.
* Skilled in managing multiple vacancies at pace, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of ATS systems, recruitment tools, employment compliance and modern sourcing methods.
* Highly collaborative, building strong relationships across all levels of the business.
* Positive, proactive and solutions-focused with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
* Passionate about delivering a high-quality candidate and onboarding experience.
