Thrive Group Oldham are seeking Refuse Loader to work for the local authority in and around the Tameside area.
Rate of pay: £12.60 hour after 12 weeks £13.56
Hours: 7.00am - 3.30pm. Monday - Friday (Bank holidays included)
Location: Tameside
Purpose of the job
You will be required to provide, in a safe and effective manner, quality and efficient Refuse Collection Service including all recycling collection activities, in all weather conditions.
Your duties will include
Removing waste, wheelie bins and recycling bins and boxes.
Using a lifting mechanism to tip the waste from bins into the lorry (training day will be provided).
Working quickly and cleanly.Requirements:
* Physically fit and able people to join our team of hard-working refuse and recyclables operatives in the Oldham area.
Punctual, flexible and reliable.
Polite and professional with the general public.
Able to lift heavy loads.
Work in a fast-paced environment.
Full PPE to be worn at all times.
