Passionate Religious Education Teacher Wanted in Ealing! Thoughtful Secondary School Location: Ealing Role: Religious Education Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and thought-provoking Religious Education lessons across Key Stages 3-4, and potentially A-Level, encouraging thoughtful reflection on religious, ethical, and philosophical questions.
* Inspire students to develop their own thoughtful responses to complex issues and to engage in meaningful inquiry.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the RE curriculum, promoting thoughtful exploration of different perspectives.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Religious Education.
* Foster a classroom environment that encourages thoughtful discussion, critical analysis, and the development of personal beliefs.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Philosophy, or a related field.
* Proven experience teaching Religious Education at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
* Strong subject knowledge across a range of religious, philosophical, and ethical traditions.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate thoughtful and engaging discussions.
