Responsible Individual 
Location: North East London 
Salary: Up to £75,000

 We are currently working with a fantastic EBD Residential Service, who’s commitment goes beyond providing physical spaces, striving on holistic experience, preparing children and teens for the challenges and successes of growing up. 

 They’re dedicated to giving one-on-one care, equipping them with essential tools, and focusing on self-sufficiency and overall well-being.

 The RI will oversee 4 homes in South East London and a new home in West Sussex, in which one home has been rated ‘Good’ via a recent inspection with Ofsted.
 
Responsible Individual Overview:

The post holder will oversee multiple EBD children’s residential homes;
Have vast expertise working as an RI within a residential setting and working with ‘Good’ / ‘Outstanding’ rated homes;
Strong understanding of Ofsted and regulatory compliance;
A positive outlook and strong communication skills, able to effectively with Registered Managers and the Director. Responsible Individual – Skills and Experience Required:

An experienced Responsible Individual with a strong background in Health & Social Care;
Level 5 in Leadership and Management;
Strong expertise and knowledge of Ofsted, compliance and quality. To apply for the Responsible Individual role:
