Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE + Bonus

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience in the wellness, health, beauty and pet sectors, although applications from other relevant FMCG categories are also welcomed.
The Opportunity
Our client works with ambitious brands at various stages of growth, helping them become retail-ready and successfully secure opportunities with major retailers.
This role combines strategic brand development with retail relationship management, making it ideal for someone who understands what retailers are looking for and has experience building successful commercial partnerships.
You will work directly with client brands to prepare them for retail expansion whilst leveraging your network and expertise to create opportunities with leading UK and international retailers.
Key Responsibilities
* Support brands in preparing for retail launch and expansion across UK and international markets
* Advise on retail strategy, market positioning, packaging, pricing and commercial readiness
* Identify suitable retail opportunities and growth channels for client brands
* Build, manage and strengthen relationships with retail buyers and commercial decision-makers
* Introduce and present client brands to relevant retail partners
* Support brands throughout the retail onboarding and listing process
* Monitor market trends and emerging opportunities across wellness, supplements, beauty and pet sectors
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brands are aligned with retailer expectations
* Develop commercial growth strategies for client accounts
* Contribute to wider business development and partnership opportunities
About You
The successful candidate will possess:
* Experience in retail partnerships, business development, brand development, category management or account management
* A strong understanding of what makes a brand commercially attractive and retail-ready
* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Confidence presenting to senior decision-makers and retail buyers
* Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
* A proactive, self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* A genuine passion for helping brands grow and succeed
Highly Desirable Experience
* Existing relationships with retail buyers and decision-makers
* Experience within wellness, health, beauty and/or pet sectors
* Knowledge of UK retail and international retail markets
* Experience securing or supporting retail listings for consumer brands
* Understanding of FMCG retail environments and commercial growth strategies
