International Road Freight Operator - Groupage heavy
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
Working Pattern: Mon - Fri

We are seeking an experienced International Road Freight Operator with 5+ years experience to join a leading forwarder in Leamington Spa.
This role focuses on managing Road Freight operations, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate all aspects of road freight operations, specialising in Internatioanal road freight.
* Manage relationships with clients, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
* Ensure compliance with all documentation, customs regulations, and industry standards.
* Dealing with any queries from clients and customers
* Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
Requirements:
* Solid background in road freight operations.
* 5+ years experience in International Road Freight
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of documentation and customs procedures.
* Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
