Role: Road Freight Operator 
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £34,000

Are you an experienced Road Freight Operator looking to join a growing and supportive logistics business? This is a great opportunity to become part of a dynamic team handling a varied and fast-paced European road freight operation.

We are currently recruiting for a Road Freight Forwarder to join our clients team, to manage and coordinate shipments across groupage, part loads, and full load movements, ensuring a high level of service and operational efficiency.

The Role

Manage end-to-end road freight shipments across Europe
Handle groupage, part load, and full load consignments
Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
Provide accurate quotations and pricing support
Track shipments and proactively resolve any issues or delays
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company procedures

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in road freight forwarding is essential
Strong knowledge of groupage, part loads, and full loads
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach
