Location: South Birmingham (B29)
Rate: £20-£23ph (dependant on experience)
Hours: Mon-Fri (08:00-16:30)
Contract: Sub-Contract
Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who are a Social Housing Services company looking after a Repairs and Maintenance Contract in South Birmingham.
They are looking for a Roofer to cover property maintenance/repairs across South Birmingham (including Redditch, Northfield, Longbridge, Bromsgrove etc).
Roofer Requirements:
* A Valid CSCS Card
* A Full Clean UK Driving Licence
* A Valid Basic DBS Certificate (in-date).
* Your own tools and PPE.
* 2-3 years’ experience as a Roofer (on Social Housing Contracts/Domestic settings).
