Roofer (Full-Time)
Location: West Midlands
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Job Type: Full-Time
Driving Licence: Required
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Roofer to join a growing team delivering high-quality roofing solutions across a range of residential and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who takes pride in their workmanship and is looking for stable, long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out a variety of roofing works including installation, repairs, and maintenance
Work on pitched and flat roofing systems
Install tiles, slates, felt, and other roofing materials to a high standard
Inspect roofs and identify faults or potential issues
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
Collaborate effectively with team members and site supervisors
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
Travel to various sites as required
Requirements
Proven experience as a roofer or in a similar role
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Good knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, and safety standards
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable
CSCS card (preferred)
Experience across multiple roofing systems (flat and pitched)
