Anderson Knight is delighted to be supporting a manufacturing client in the recruitment of a Sales Administrator. It is a permanent role and 5 days fully onsite. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing customer orders, quotations, and internal sales processes. You will play a key role in supporting the sales and admin team, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing customer orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
* Preparing internal works orders and supporting documentation
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person (front-of-shop)
* Preparing and issuing quotations
* Monitoring and managing the sales inbox for incoming orders and enquiries
* Generating and issuing invoices
* Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties (filing, record-keeping, etc.)
* Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
* Supporting the sales team with tender documentation and reporting where necessary
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative, order processing or sales support role is desirable
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and standard office systems
* Willingness to learn and grow within the company
