Hours: Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm – 37.5 hour week (Office based)
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join an expanding team, they are based in a rural location so a car driver/owner is required.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety—balancing sales coordination, client communication, operational administration and social media.
You will be involved in:
* Supporting the sales team by preparing proposals, quotes, tenders, and presentation materials
* Track sales leads and manage updates on the client database
* Be the first point of contact for clients—managing service requests, scheduling work, and coordinating with technicians and vendors
* Help drive our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
* Deliver first-class customer service and spot new opportunities
You will have:
* Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of working with Microsoft Office and internal systems
* A proactive, positive, and outgoing personality
This position is entry level and would suit someone who has worked within retail, hospitality or a sales environment previously. Full training will be given and the chance to progress within the team.
