A respected and fast-growing automotive group is looking to appoint a Vehicle Sales Administrator to support the launch of a brand-new dealership site in Stratford-upon-Avon.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in automotive or sales administration who is looking to be part of an exciting new venture within a professional, forward-thinking business.
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for managing all vehicle administration processes from start to finish, ensuring that cars are accurately invoiced, registered, taxed, and ready for delivery. This role plays a key part in the customer journey, supporting the sales team to deliver a smooth and efficient handover experience.
️ What You'll Be Doing
Creating and processing invoices
Registering vehicles using online systems
Preparing documents and ensuring compliance before customer handovers
Updating internal systems and handling warranty registrations
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a vehicle administration or dealership support role (1 year preferred)
Confident using computer systems and databases, with strong general IT skills
Highly organised, with great attention to detail and time management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A team player who’s also comfortable working independently when needed
