Job Description
We’re working with a well-established business based in Heanor, who are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join their growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll be managing a high-performing customer service and sales team, driving results, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer.
You'll be a confident leader with a passion for people and performance. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in helping your team deliver outstanding results.
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience managing a customer service or sales team.
Strong sales and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational abilities.
The ability to analyse performance and drive continuous improvement.
An interest in technical or automotive products would be advantageous, but not essential.

Monday to Friday - 9:00am – 5:30pm
