Sales Consultant (Towcester – Office-Based)
 Salary: £28,000 basic + OTE £40,000
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Towcester

 This is a telephone consultative sales role that’s as rewarding as it is meaningful. You’ll join a supportive, close-knit team in Towcester.

 What You’ll Be Doing

Engaging with potential clients via phone and email to introduce available packages.
Conducting detailed consultations to understand each client’s circumstances.
Providing transparent information about pricing, terms, and options.
Preparing and presenting personalised quotes.
Maintaining accurate client records in the CRM system.
Working collaboratively in a friendly, supportive office environment.
Keeping up to date with product knowledge, compliance requirements, and market trends.What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or consultative role.
A warm, professional communicator with a confident and caring telephone manner.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy with good IT and CRM skills.
A team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
Someone who takes pride in helping others and providing genuine value.
Must live within a commutable distance of Towcester and be able to pass background checks.What’s On Offer
