Sales Executive - Probate Services

Location: Maidenhead 
 Salary: Starting from 29K 
 Contract:Temp to Perm

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in shaping how we deliver and sell our probate services. You'll work towards commercial goals while ensuring every customer receives a best-in-class experience.

What You'll Do

Build rapport and trust with customers, making a stressful process as smooth as possible.
Learn the details of estate administration and diagnose customer needs.
Guide customers through government probate requirements, explaining what needs to happen and why.
Present our range of probate services clearly, helping customers choose the right option for their situation.
Consistently meet weekly and quarterly sales targets, including conversion rates and QA scores.
Ensure seamless handovers to our Legal team.
Collaborate across teams to achieve company OKRs and revenue targets, and contribute to quarterly presentations.

What We're Looking For

Proven success in a sales role, ideally in B2C and service-led industries such as legal or financial services.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
GCSEs (A-C) in English and Maths.
Interest in legal processes; legal education or experience is a plus.
A team player who values honesty, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
