Full-Time | Monday to Friday - Hybrid - 2 Days Office, 3 From Home

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join a growing and reputable training provider based in Bradford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and helping individuals and businesses access high-quality training and development programmes.

Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in driving learner enrolments and business growth while making a genuine impact on people's careers and futures.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and engage with prospective learners and businesses.
Manage inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into enrolments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Promote training programmes, apprenticeships and development opportunities.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records using the CRM system.
Follow up leads and nurture prospects through the sales process.
Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the learner journey.About You

Previous experience in a sales, telesales, business development or customer-focused role.
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
Excellent telephone manner and objection-handling abilities.
Organised with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Experience within training, education, apprenticeships or employability sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.What's on Offer?
