Job Description

Sales Ledger Clerk (Temporary) – Warrington (WA4) £15.00 per hour

We’re looking for a Temporary Sales Ledger Clerk to join our client based in Warrington (WA4).

Key Duties:

  * Raising and sending customer invoices

  * Allocating and reconciling customer payments

  * Maintaining accurate customer account records

  * Assisting with queries and resolving discrepancies

  * Producing basic aged debt and payment reports

  * Supporting the finance team with general admin duties

Requirements:

  * Previous experience in a sales ledger or accounts receivable role

  * Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

  * Confident using Excel and accounting software

  * Good communication skills and a proactive approach
