About the Role
We are seeking a Security Operations Centre Operator to join a dedicated security team. This role involves triaging security reports, coordinating emergency responses, validating alarms, and monitoring security risks across multiple locations. You will be part of a dynamic team ensuring the safety and security of people and assets. This role is on a temporary basis, starting immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor security alarms across multiple locations and dispatch personnel as needed.
Coordinate incident response and liaise with site contacts and emergency services.
Assist with CCTV video requests and provide timely updates.
Document and escalate incidents to management as required.
Produce risk assessments for new locations, high-risk travel, or operational changes.
Collaborate with SOC team members to maintain coverage and operational standards.
Support troubleshooting and escalation of access control, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Previous experience in Security Operations / call centre.
Working knowledge of access control, surveillance, and security systems.
Familiarity with crisis management, disaster response, and emergency protocols.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Self-directed and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, Power Automate/BI).
