Academics Canterbury are proud to be working with a warm, inclusive and forward-thinking SEN Primary Teacher to join SEN School that is committed to delivering high-quality education and support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This school fosters a nurturing environment where every pupil is encouraged to thrive - academically, socially and emotionally.

We are now seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Primary Teacher to join this amazing team and make a lasting difference on the lives of their pupils.

 Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with a range of additional needs (SEMH/ASD/ADHD)
Develop and implement personalised learning plans (EHCPs) that support academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SLT, and Families to create a consistent and nurturing learning environment.
Use creative, multisensory approaches to make learning accessible and enjoyable for all
Track progress, assess learning outcomes, and contribute to whole-school development. What we're looking for: 

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with experience OR prior SEN Primary Teacher. 
Passionate about inclusive education.
Skilled at adapting lessons to meet diverse needs.
Patient, empathetic and able to build positive and trusting relationships
Knowledgeable about EHCPs, differentiation strategies and behaviour regulation approaches
