The Role – Team Teach SEN TA
A specialist SEN school in Bethnal Green is seeking a dedicated Team Teach SEN TA to work with pupils across KS2–KS4. You will provide support for children with Autism, SEMH, and complex learning needs, using positive behaviour management strategies and Team Teach techniques.
Your responsibilities will include, supporting pupils 1:1 and in small group, promoting engagement, confidence, and independence, assisting class teachers with lesson delivery and differentiation, helping manage challenging behaviour safely and effectively.
