The Role – SEN TA
We are seeking a dedicated SEN TA to join a supportive primary school in Greenwich, providing 1:1 support to pupils with SEN needs. The SEN TA role requires experience using Makaton to help pupils develop communication, social, and emotional skills, as well as supporting teachers with personalised learning plans and behaviour strategies. The ideal SEN TA will have at least one year of school-based SEN experience, strong knowledge of ASD needs, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents, creating a calm, inclusive, and structured learning environment where all children can thrive.
