An inclusive and innovative specialist school in Reading is looking for a fully qualified SEN Teacher (ECT Welcome) to join their team in September 2026 ahead of the new academic year. ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply and will be fully supported with their induction and development. The all-through school specialises in SLD and PMLD, supporting children with Autism, dyslexia, speech and language impairments, cognitive difficulties, and physical disabilities to achieve their very best. As an SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for all students in your class. You will help build their life skills and independence, while delivering tailored lesson plans adapted to each student's learning style. You will also assess individual progress and help identify areas for further development. The school offers a nurturing and cheerful environment with a real community feel. They are seeking an SEN Teacher who holds QTS. Previous SEN experience is desirable, but ECTs and teachers from mainstream backgrounds with a passion for SEND are encouraged to apply.
