Proven experience in supporting children or young people with SEN, ideally in a specialist or alternative education setting. A strong understanding of autism and related developmental needs. Patient, resilient, and nurturing in your approach to teaching and supporting pupils. Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service. What the School Offers: A warm, inclusive, and supportive school culture focused on meeting the individual needs of each pupil.
