Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Supply Desk is currently seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable teacher to join a specialist educational setting in Radlett from September 2026.
This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for a teacher with experience supporting pupils with Autism and additional learning needs. Applications are welcomed from both qualified teachers (QTS) and experienced unqualified teachers who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
About the Role
As a SEN Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with Autism and additional learning needs.
Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where pupils can achieve their full potential.
Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet a wide range of learning abilities and communication needs.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents, and external professionals.
Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Promote pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development.
Foster independence, confidence, and a positive attitude towards learning.
Contribute to the wider life of the school and support whole-school initiatives.

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is welcomed; experienced unqualified teachers will also be considered.
Autism training and/or experience working with pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) is highly desirable.
Flexible and confident teaching across multiple classrooms.
Motivated and passionate about SEN education.
Open to change, learning, and constructive feedback.
Positive attitude and resilient on challenging days.
Adaptive teaching approach for a wide range of abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
