SEN Teaching Assistant - Flint
Pay: £88.94 - £105 per day

Are you a supportive, patient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next role? We are recruiting for a fantastic SEN school in Flint who are seeking a dedicated TA to join their team on a full-time basis.
About the Role:
Supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs (ALN/SEN)
Working 1:1 and in small groups
Helping learners to regulate, engage and progress
Supporting sensory, communication and behaviour needs
Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team
Providing a calm, nurturing and structured environment for pupils
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience supporting children with SEN/ALN
Patient, resilient and able to build positive relationships
Confident supporting communication needs, sensory needs or behaviour
Able to follow EHCPs and classroom routines
Reliable, flexible and committed to helping students succeed
