Teaching Assistant – SEND / SEMH Setting
Location: Aylesbury
Start Date: ASAP or January 2026
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only
Salary: £27,625 – £29,770 (FTE) [Pro-rata: approximately £20,578 – £22,176]

The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a passionate team. In this role, you will:

    Support teachers in delivering tailored learning experiences for pupils with ASC and SEMH needs.

    Build positive relationships with students, fostering confidence and engagement.
  * 
    Contribute to a safe and structured learning environment.
  * 
    Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing (enhanced DBS required).
