 Our exceptional SEN school in Wythenshawe is looking for a caring, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team, working with pupils who have a range of complex learning, communication, and sensory needs.

🌟 The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils aged 11-19 with complex and profound learning needs, including autism, physical disabilities, and PMLD.

Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver engaging and accessible learning opportunities.

Provide personal care and one-to-one support where needed, promoting dignity, independence, and confidence.

Contribute to creating a positive, nurturing, and stimulating school environment where every learner can thrive.

Are patient, kind, and committed to supporting young people with additional needs.

Have great communication and teamwork skills, and a calm, compassionate approach.

Ideally have some experience in an SEN or care setting (though this isn't essential - full training will be given).
