We're looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1) to support pupils with a range of additional needs, with a strong focus being autism. You'll be part of a nurturing, experienced team that works collaboratively to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.

The Role
Providing 1:1 support for pupils with a range of SEN, particularly Autism (ASC)
Building positive, trusting relationships and using calm, consistent communication strategies
Supporting pupils with emotional regulation, transitions, and structured routines
Helping children access learning alongside the class teacher and SENCO
Creating a safe, engaging, and encouraging environment where every child feels valued
What We're Looking For
Experience supporting children with autism or communication needs
A patient, empathetic, and calm approach
Previous experience as a TA, support worker, youth worker, or in a child-centred role
Commitment to helping children grow in confidence and independence

Right to work in the UK
Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly autism
Relevant TA qualification is beneficial but not essential
