1:1 Support | Through Tradewind Education
Tradewind Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive primary school in Camden from January 2026. This full-time role involves providing 1:1 support for a Key Stage 1 child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
About the Role
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide personalised support to a KS1 pupil with ASD
Assist with emotional regulation, communication, and engagement
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver Individual Education Plans
Implement structured routines, visual supports, and sensory strategies
Encourage independence and positive learning behaviours
Support social interaction and nurture the child's confidence
Help create a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment
