Job Responsibilities
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support children with special educational needs in both classroom and small group settings.
Assist teachers in delivering differentiated learning activities tailored to individual needs.
Foster positive relationships to help pupils build confidence and independence.
Promote the school's values of kindness, trust, and courage in daily interactions.
Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications/Experience
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
Right to work in the UK
Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
A caring, patient, and resilient approach with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
