SEND Instructor - West London (Secondary, Multiple Subjects) - September Start
We are recruiting passionate and dedicated SEND Instructors to support secondary-aged pupils across West London from September. We welcome candidates from a variety of subject areas, including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, ICT, PE, Arts, Vocational Studies, and more. This is a flexible role with full-time, part-time, and long-term opportunities available starting in September.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons in your subject specialism to pupils with SEND
Provide 1:1 and small group support for learners with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and other learning difficulties
Adapt and personalise learning resources to meet individual needs
Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and independence
Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to create an inclusive learning environmentWhat We're Looking For
Availability to start in September
Experience working with young people in education or training, ideally with SEND
Qualified Teachers, Unqualified Teachers, Tutors, Cover Supervisors, or Industry Specialists welcome
Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs and helping them achieve their potential
