SEND Teacher (Full Time, Permanent)

Salary: £26,000 – £42,000 per annum

Requirements and Expectations
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with SEND experience, or a strong commitment to developing specialist expertise
• Secure understanding of personalised approaches, adaptive planning and autism-informed practice
• Ability to deliver clear, engaging and structured lessons that support a diverse range of learners
• Commitment to promoting pupils’ emotional wellbeing, communication development, independence and resilience
• Willingness to incorporate sensory activities, outdoor learning and adapted resources to enrich lessons
• Strong communication and collaborative skills when working with colleagues, families and external professionals
• High aspirations for pupil progress, engagement and personal growth
• Positive attitude towards contributing to the wider life and culture of a caring, inclusive school
