Job Description
Are you a dedicated SENCO ready to lead inclusive practice and ensure every learner receives the support they need to thrive? This role offers the opportunity to shape SEND provision, work closely with staff and families, and drive high-quality support across the school.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school
* Provide expert guidance to staff on inclusive teaching and learning
* Oversee assessment, intervention planning and progress tracking for SEND students
* Work closely with families, external agencies and pastoral teams
* Ensure statutory responsibilities for EHCPs and SEND provision are met
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status and SENCo qualification
* Successful experience supporting SEND students in a secondary setting
* Strong leadership, communication and data-analysis skills
