Lead the production, coordination, and delivery of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction information
Manage projects through all design stages, ensuring technical rigour and design quality throughout
Mentor junior team members, fostering technical excellence and professional growth
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve complex technical and construction challenges
Ensure all work complies with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and sustainability standards
Contribute to the development of BIM processes and help establish technical best practices across the studioSkills & Experience
Extensive experience within an architectural practice, ideally in a senior or technical leadership role
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (advanced BIM experience highly advantageous)
In-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction techniques, and material specifications
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines effectively
Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
