Lead a range of projects from inception through to completion
Produce technical information for tender packages
ensure project compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards
produce design info across RIBA stages 3 through to 5
carry out site visits and surveys to ensure successful project deliverySkills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

Degree within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
Job running experience
Experience managing projects across various sectors through to completion
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical detailing skills
Ability to produce working drawing packages
Previous experience detailing complex buildings
