Job Description

This role sits within a national multidisciplinary property consultancy with a heavily project-led Building Surveying workload focused on refurbishment, fit out, and contract administration across commercial instructions.

Responsibilities

  * Lead refurbishment and fit out project delivery instructions

  * Administer contracts and manage project programmes

  * Prepare specifications, tender documentation, and reporting

  * Manage client relationships and consultant coordination

  * Support business development through existing networks

Requirements

  * Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline

  * MRICS Chartered status

  * Consultancy Building Surveying experience

  * Strong contract administration and refurbishment background

  * Commercial property project experience

Salary & Package

  * £65,000–£75,000 basic salary

  * Performance bonus scheme

  * 5% new business commission

  * Car allowance
