Salary: Up to 80k + Exceptional Commission Structure + Car Allowance + Comprehensive Benefits

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth and client acquisition within the Life Sciences sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering recruitment solutions tailored to client's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Growth: Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence within the Life Sciences sector.
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with prospective clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering bespoke solutions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting partnerships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Market Insights: Stay updated on trends and developments in the Life Sciences industry to identify new opportunities and provide informed consultation.
Team Collaboration: Partner with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations effectively.
Performance & Reporting: Achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs, and deliver regular business development reports to senior management.Your Profile:

Proven experience in business development within the recruitment industry, ideally in the Life Sciences sector.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the needs of Life Sciences clients.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed ambitious targets.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
