Pay rate: £14.80 per hour + Excellent added benefits!
Hours: Full time, Nights

Rizq Recruit is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join an award-winning care home in the heart of Doncaster. This well-established home provides high-quality care for residents with residential and dementia needs. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering the highest standards of person-centred care, ensuring residents’ comfort, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.

Responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant:

  * Lead your shift to maintain high standards of care and support your team

  * Promote best practice and address any poor practice within the team

  * Deliver person centred care to all residents

  * Report to Home Manager on home operations

Requirements as a Senior Care Assistant:

  * 2 years of Senior care assistant experience within a care home setting

  * NVQ Level 3
